Reperio has partnered with a high-growth technology company seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead projects from early-stage prototype through to high-volume mass manufacture.

You will act as the central coordinator across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of innovative connected devices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects from concept to production.Coordinate with engineering teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to meet project milestones.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, regular communication.Oversee manufacturing readiness and transition to mass production.Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or related field.6+ years' experience in technical project management for connected IoT device development.Strong understanding of embedded software, electronics, and mechanical design.Proven track record in delivering certified wireless products into mass production.Experience with PLM tools, and Jira/Confluence.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
