KNOW THE ROLE
Our Living Department in our Brown Thomas Dublin store is currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team on a Part Time (22.5 hour) basis. Responsibilities include:
Create a memorable in store experience through delivering extraordinary service to our customersMeeting and exceeding our customer’s needs through product knowledge and building rapportBuilding customer loyalty through attentive services and showcasing our loyalty programAttending team briefings daily to understand targets and promotionsBeing passionate and enthusiastic about products and services availablePromote the sustainable edit across your departmentBeing aware of product lines in other departments and introducing related product to the customerBeing knowledgeable of additional services on offer throughout the store including events and promotionsMaintaining the highest level of merchandising standardsReplenishing stock ensuring that all items/products are out on the shop floorLearn, understand and comply with all company policy and proceduresKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
