Our client is a leading international Biotechnology company with a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoighaire, South Dublin. 

The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment. 

This is an excellent opportunity to get experience into Ireland's leading aseptic manufacturing plant.

Ensure the delivery and reporting of a portfolio of projects through the Capital Project Management Process. 

Managing the project repository on Sharepoint

Assist with “Procure to Pay” activities including raising of Purchase Orders and logging and approval of Invoices

Provide contract administrative support to Project Management team

Manage the coordination of internal and external meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes, managing travel arrangements

Draft progress updates for distribution to all staff on site

Demonstrate superior attention to detail

Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as required, managing the setup of meetings, and maintaining a sense of professionalism at all times

Support a safe working environment by complying with all pertinent environmental health/safety practice, rules and regulations

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the workings of the department

Implement initiatives to support team morale

Requirements

Good organizational and facilitation skills

Package

Contract role - Hourly rate €25 - €32 per hour

Minimum 12 month contract
