Project Co-Ordinator, Dun Laoghaire, DublinOffice/Project Location:Dun Laoghaire, DublinEmployment Type: ContractWork Location:  HybridPay: €25 - 32 per hourExperience: 3+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading international Biotechnology company with a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoighaire, South Dublin. The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment. This is an excellent opportunity to get experience into Ireland's leading aseptic manufacturing plant.Ensure the delivery and reporting of a portfolio of projects through the Capital Project Management Process. Managing the project repository on SharepointAssist with “Procure to Pay” activities including raising of Purchase Orders and logging and approval of InvoicesProvide contract administrative support to Project Management teamManage the coordination of internal and external meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes, managing travel arrangementsDraft progress updates for distribution to all staff on siteDemonstrate superior attention to detailLiaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers as required, managing the setup of meetings, and maintaining a sense of professionalism at all timesSupport a safe working environment by complying with all pertinent environmental health/safety practice, rules and regulationsIdentify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the workings of the departmentImplement initiatives to support team moraleRequirementsGood organizational and facilitation skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skillsSelf-starter, highly motivated individual that can work under minimal supervisionTeam player that naturally complements with peers, clients and all levels of the organization.Works effectively with diverse departmental groups.Excellent interpersonal skills that can effectively communicate with peers, clients and all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a teamPackageContract role - Hourly rate €25 - €32 per hourMinimum 12 month contract
