Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support our marketing team in delivering high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, CRM systems, content creation, and events, and will be eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Assist in managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
Support SEO initiatives and monitor website analytics to drive performance.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilise HubSpot for workflows, automation, sequences, and prospect management.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and support the execution of email marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, website, and marketing collateral.
Support copywriting, graphics, and multimedia content production where needed.
Events Management: Support planning and execution of online and offline events, webinars, and trade shows.
Assist with event logistics, communications, and post-event reporting.
General Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing projects across the team as required.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1-3 years' experience working in a marketing department.
Experience in digital marketing, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including automation, workflows, and sequences.
Strong content creation skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
Experience in events planning and execution.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Previous experience in a similar sector.
Knowledge of additional marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
