The Role: As a temporary worker, you will be responsible for providing relief support to our client's within the region. The duties will vary depending on the clients needs.Experience in the following areas would be desirable:Secretarial/AdministrationBanking supportCorporate ReceptionHotel ReceptionAssignments can run for several days to several weeks and although full-time work cannot be guaranteed, the successful candidate will be offered regular assignments.Hours of work:Assignments will run between the hours of 7am and 6pm 9am - 5pm Office based Reception duties (outside of Hospitality roles) Requirements:Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.Manage online and phone reservations.Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details)Welcome guests upon their arrival to the reception area.Provide information to help/support customers.Respond to client's complaints in a timely and professional mannerInsure all customers feel looked after for the duration of their appointment.Up sell additional Products and services, when appropriate.Confidentiality Mail room and associated systemGDPR knowledge ComplianceMaintain /update records Requirements and skillsWork experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Bank call centre or similar roleExperience with Confidentiality/GDPR/ Banking policies. Understanding of CRM systemsCustomer service attitudeExperience with client facing relationship buildingExcellent communication and organisational skillsReliable Timekeeping Desirable:Own transport - Ability to get to and from work.In Return:Hourly pay rates of € per hour (rates can vary depending on assignment) and weekly payrollFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to apply for long-term/permanent positions with our clients
