Excel Recruitment, on behalf of our client, are seeking a talented Butcher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced butcher to join a thriving company offering stability and career growth.

Salary: €40k

The typical shift pattern would be 4 days on 3 days off with shifts starting at 6am and ending at 6pm.

Responsibilities of this Butcher:

Prepare and cut meats to high standards, ensuring quality and presentationProvide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customersMaintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP requirementsAssist with stock control, including orders and inventory management

Requirements of this Butcher:

Minimum of two years' experience as a butcher, ideally in a busy retail environmentStrong knowledge of meat preparation, cuts, and quality standardsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safetyAbility to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
