Your new role

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams by providing accurate cost management and financial advice. This is a predominantly office-based position where you will be responsible for:Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.Conducting cost analysis and preparing reports.Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.Monitoring project costs and ensuring they remain within budget.Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.Supporting senior quantity surveyors in various tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Previous experience in a similar role or an internship in the construction industry is a plus.

What you'll get in return
