The successful candidate will be ambitious, highly motivated and have a demonstrable track record of identifying, structuring, and closing deals.The role: The ability to research and identify corporate transactions and financing opportunities across markets for clients and working with colleagues to develop proposals on behalf of clients The ability to build and maintain a network of relationships across SME's, corporates, private equity investors, real estate agents, venture and growth capital providers, institutional investors, banks, and credit fund debt providers Analyse and review corporate documents and financial information to assist in advice and strategy Review and analysis of detailed financial models Research business, sector, industry, and economic conditions in delivery of client reports Regular direct engagement with high profile clients The ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders on each side of every transaction toplete a profitable deal for all parties The requirements: A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA At least 10 years’ experience in corporate finance M&A role Recent material track record of new client origination Experience in building and retaining strong client relationships The ability to develop solutions which deliver value for clients Strongmunication skills and ability tomunicateplex issues to clients Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team Strongmitment to professionalism and client service excellence Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous
