Lead Developer - Full Stack (.NET/C#) 190516 Desired skills: .NET, C#, , Azure, SQL HybridReperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET/C#) to head up its digital web and mobile platform team.In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers, driving API rewrites, identity and authentication design, and AI feature integration. You’ll split your time between hands-on coding, architectural decisions, and team leadership, shaping the technical direction of a modern, high-impact platform.Responsibilities:Line-manage (mentor, review, develop) a small team of developers.Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET Core / C#, REST APIs, JWT / OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.Lead identity and access work (Azure AD B2C / B2B) and integrate authentication flows for web/mobile clients.Orchestrate or rewrite APIs and services, including use of Azure infrastructure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, .Identify and lead AI / intelligent features (chatbots, search, predictions) using Azure AI / Cognitive Services / Azure OpenAI where relevant.Set coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices, and conduct code reviews.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders, ensuring tech solutions align with business goals.Requirements:Strong experience in .NET / C# development, especially using .NET Core.Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication/authorisation (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID).Prior work with identity frameworks (Azure AD, B2C, .Azure cloud experience: serverless (Functions), messaging/integration (Service Bus, Logic Apps), CI/CD (Azure DevOps).Exposure to AI / ML / Cognitive Services / Azure OpenAI in enterprise settings is a big plus.Experience in architecture, scaling, performance, and system design.Leadership experience (ideally prior team lead/tech lead).Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring capability.Bachelor's degree in computer science / relevant or equivalent experience.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
