Our client has over 20 years of experience as a leading off-site modular construction company, delivering high-quality solutions for the construction industry. They focus on modular buildings, quality and sustainability. They have seen an increase in projects in the last 24 months and are looking to hire a BIM Technician for their design team.

Your new role

As a BIM Technician, you will be involved in the design and development of modular builds. You will develop and refine design concepts into detailed technical drawings, plans, specifications and manage revisions from existing models. You will have a good understanding of architectural principles, construction standards, and building codes to ensure compliance and feasibility. Within the team, you will gain the opportunity to work closely with the directors and fellow design professionals, providing a strong support system and team environment, ensuring each project's success. This role will also provide you with an excellent opportunity to progress and develop in your career.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a degree in Architectural Technology, BIM or a related discipline. Other qualities that would be beneficial for the role are design and presentation skills, knowledge of the Building Regulations, proficiency in using Revit. A full licence and your own transport is essential for this position due to their location.
