Clerical Officer Grade IV | Public Sector | Dublin 6

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer to join our client's team, based in Dublin 6.

This role will be offered on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis. Details on the roles are as follows:

Key areas of responsibility:

Providing daily clerical support in an acute clinical settingSupporting senior team with a range of tasksAnswering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries and referring to other staff members where necessaryUndertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical workManagement of appointment system and processing referralsData input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databasesMaintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage informationHandling confidential and sensitive patient files ensuring GDPR compliance

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €19-€20 per hour

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative roleExcellent IT skills including MS Office Suite Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone mannerExperience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential dataExcellent attention to detail with good analytic skills
