Reperio is partnering with a leading insurance company seeking an experienced Business Analyst. Support and advise on digital solution implementation by understanding and documenting customer requirements that align with the company’s strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
Identify business requirements & provide actionable, data-driven insightsBridge communication gaps across cross-functional teams & aid the deployment of solutionsConduct user research programs & analyse processes to inform decisionsSupport the delivery of the entire project life cycle; from conception to post implementationInform the development of digital initiative, including SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaignsRequirements:
5+ years relevant experience as a business analyst (ideally with time spent within the insurance field)Comfortable facilitating workshops, interacting with stakeholders, producing wireframes, user stories & reviewing technical specificationsAdaptable & eager to learn in a fast-paced working environmentExcellent attention to detail & problem-solving abilityExperience of Agile / Waterfall methodologies, UX Practices such as JIRA, policy admin systems, and SQL are a plusIf you're interested in this position, apply within the link provided or contact Tom at Reperio.
