Job type: Permanent/full time

Currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Care Manager/PIC to join our client's team, who will manage several residential sites based throughout Galway City.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making sure that services for adults in specific residential centres run smoothly.

Key duties:

Make sure the centre runs smoothly and meets all required standards.Supervise and support all staff, ensure high work standards, and arrange training.Manage the centre's budget and spending carefully and work with the finance team to plan yearly budgets.Create and manage personalised care plans based on each resident's needs and goals.Keep the centre safe by following health and safety rules and risk policies.Use HR and incident reporting systems regularly and respond to emails and reports on time.

Essential criteria:

At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.A Level 7 or higher qualification in nursing, social care, or health science (QQI approved).Registered with NMBI (for nurses).A relevant qualification in management.Full current driving license.
