Thai Language Experts Needed Ready to shape the future? We need your expertise as a Data AnnotatorThe Role:Crucial Contribution: Assess and correct data points, labels, and information, as well as machine learning classifier outputs.High Standards: Develop KPIs and quality targets for top-notch classification, content creation, and organization.Insightful Research: Provide insights into patterns within annotated data prompted by realistic questions in real-life contexts. (Note: The content may be sensitive in nature.)What We Ask For:Data Enthusiast: Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexible & Analytical: Ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.Essential Competencies:Fluency in THAI.High proficiency in English (C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR)Undergraduate university degree or higherBenefits:Shifts Available: 9am-5.30pm OR 6pm-2amTravel allowance of €12 per day + free shuttle bus into the city center for employees working the evening shiftNo Shift Rotation: Mon-Fri (occasional weekends as per business needs).Salary Uplift: 25% uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.Performance BonusPrivate HealthcarePension ContributionCareer Growth: Great career progression within a multicultural and diverse global company.All Training ProvidedImportant:This is an onsite role, as you will be dealing with sensitive content.
