Planning Manager – Wind & BESS
You will oversee the planning & execution of large Onshore Wind & BESS, ensuring compliance & effective stakeholder communication. Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

•Project Planning: Manage and submit planning applications for renewable energy projects.

•Contract Management and Stakeholders: Oversee joint venture relationships and contracts. Communicate with local communities and authorities.

•Evaluate Opportunities: Assess feasibility of potential projects.

•Securing tenders and proposals

•Team Leadership: Lead the team and ensure H&S standards.

•Planning Law - submission of Strategic Infrastructure Development (SID) applications to An Bord Pleanála

•Site visits and Surveys / Environmental Impact Assessment Education:

•A degree in engineering, environmental science, or planning; town planning

•3+ years of experience in planning and consents for large renewables or infrastructure projects

•Experience in interacting with government regulatory bodies such as SEAI and bodies such as An Bord Pleanála.
