Responsibilities: Preparation and signing of legal documents Coordination of documents requiring legalization Working with consulates and embassies Uploading documents to an internal system Varied administrative duties such as printing, scanning and ad hoc projects Experience: Strong administration or executive assistant experience Legal, compliance or company secretarial experience a plus Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. A market-leading package is on offer with this 12-month contract position.
