The Covalen team are supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market. Covalen are growing their team to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.An ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, could analyse information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.Responsibilities: ·Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
