Salary: €40,000+
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to support and manage IT systems and infrastructure for a growing team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, implementing global standards, and delivering high-quality end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support IT infrastructure for employees in Ireland, aligned with global standards
Maintain and configure user accounts and access permissions
Procure, set up, and maintain PCs, phones, and related hardware
Install, manage, and troubleshoot software and applications
Administer servers and network-connected equipment
Provide responsive end-user support
Maintain and support devices such as printers and video conferencing systems
Ensure data security and availability through backups and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
