Salary: Competitive Base (Neg., Commensurate with experience) €35,000 – €75,000 per year (O.T.E.) + Commission + Performance Bonus

Roscommon showroom, they offer clients a personalised, high-quality design experience. With continued growth and innovation, we’re seeking a creative and driven Design Consultant to join their team.

Role Overview:

Working primarily to support Roscommon, you’ll guide clients from consultation through to final design and installation. This role blends creativity, design expertise, and sales strategy—perfect for someone who thrives on interaction, design excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand design goals, style preferences, and budgetsDevelop detailed floor plans and 3D visuals using design software (ArtiCAD, 2020, AutoCAD, etc.)Present and refine proposals based on client feedbackAdvise on materials, cabinetry, appliances, and finishesProvide samples, pricing, and negotiate terms to close salesCollaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibilityMaintain records and client details via CRMMeet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What we are looking for:

2+ years’ experience as a kitchen designer or in a similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing previous projectsProficiency with CAD software (ArtiCAD, 2020, AutoCAD, etc.)In-depth knowledge of kitchen fittings, appliances, and design trendsExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsA proactive, personable team player with keen attention to detailSales-oriented with a proven record of successFull, clean driving licenseMust be based in Ireland and able to commute
