Professional Kitchen Designer

Job Title: Professional Kitchen Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled kitchen designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen design and be able to work closely with clients to understand their design goals, style preferences, and needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand design goals, style preferences, and requirements
  • Develop detailed floor plans and 3D visuals using design software
  • Presentation and refine proposals based on client feedback
  • Advise on materials, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes
  • Provide samples, pricing, and negotiate terms to close sales
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility
  • Maintain records and client details via CRM
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a kitchen designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
  • Proficiency with CAD software
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen fittings, appliances, and design trends
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, personable team player with keen attention to detail
  • Sales-oriented with a proven record of success
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Must be based in Ireland and able to commute

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing kitchen designs that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their design goals, style preferences, and requirements, and develop detailed floor plans and 3D visuals using design software.
