TK Maxx is hiring Retail Managers in the South Dublin area in the Carrickmines & Dundrum area.

Who are you? 

You are a General Manager working in hospitality, leading a fast-paced operation with the highest standards of service. You could be a Retail mastermind, driving the commercial success of a large multimillion Euro retail business. Whoever you are, whatever the background, you are a leader who enables their team to deliver their fullest potential. 

Your Role as a Retail Manager: 

You will take charge of commercial operations within a dynamic and ever-evolving store environment. Our unique business model ensures that you'll encounter new and exciting merchandise daily, providing variety and unique finds for your customers. 

What You'll Bring: You will lead with vision, adapting and flexing to meet your business needs while focusing on developing and empowering your team.
