Staff Nurse Opportunities – Galway & MayoWe are currently recruiting Staff Nurses for fixed-term contracts in Galway and Mayo. These roles are based in a palliative care setting within the In-Patient Unit (IPU). Role Overview Deliver high-quality, person-centered palliative care within the IPUProvide compassionate support to patients and their familiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in specialist care Requirements Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)12–18 months post-graduate experienceExperience in palliative care or oncology desirable but not essentialPostgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care (or similar e.g. Oncology, Hematology, Gerontology) desirable, or willingness to undertake following probationOther relevant nursing experience will also be considered What’s on Offer Competitive SalarySpecialist experience in palliative and holistic careSupportive team environment with professional development opportunitiesA meaningful role in a respected healthcare setting Location: Galway & Mayo Contract Type: Fixed-term If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a palliative care environment and would like to develop your career in a supportive setting, we would be delighted to hear from you.
