Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce we are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person In Charge in Galway. Our client provides services to children, adults and older persons with disabilities who need help and support to live more meaningful lives of their choosing.

This role is a permanent 39 hours per week with on call payment.

A suitable candidate will have:

· A third level degree in Health & Social Care or relevant

· A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.

· A management qualification or working towards same.

· Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical skills

· Designing and Implementing Programmes desirable

· Hold a full, clean driving license for at least two years.

· Mental Health training/experience an advantage 

· Experience of ensuring services is run in accordance with HIQA regulations
