Job Description About Us: An Naíonra Charraig Uí Leighin is a Community Sessional Service located in the heart of Carrigaline. We provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children during term time. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our preschool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the preschool service, ensuring a developmentally appropriate environment for children. This role includes overseeing staff, implementing policies, and maintaining high standards in early learning and care. Roles and Responsibilities Qualifications and Skills: Level 7 or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care or a related field Minimum of 3 years paid experience in a childcare setting Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and team-building abilities Knowledge of childcare regulations and child protection policies Proficient in computer use and budget management Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the preschool Support and supervise staff Implement child-centred curriculum Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines Working knowledge of HIVE, ECCE and NCS Liaise with parents and guardians The successful candidate must have Application: If you are passionate about early childhood development and have the skills to lead our team, we would love to hear from you.
