Role: Business Analyst / Technical Analyst Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Contract: 6 Months Rate: €500–€600 per day Industry: Investment Banking Eligibility: Stamp 4 or EU Passport Holders Only We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Technical Analyst to join the Model Risk Management Compliance Tech (GRA) team of a leading investment bank. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge regulatory and compliance technologies in a collaborative and agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to deliver effective, service-oriented solutions. Analyse and navigate complex data structures, ensuring alignment with business needs. Create user stories, feature maps, and support UX workflow/mocks when needed. Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Solid SQL and relational database knowledge. Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture. Previous experience working closely with developers. Preferred: Ability to create UX workflow diagrams/mockups. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Ideal for someone who transitioned from a development background to analytics and can independently navigate data and tech concepts.
