Your new companyOne of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking for finance role at Dublin(Central Park/Airside).Your new role This is a credit analyst-based role, where the successful candidate will engage with customers that need our help, work with them and determine their repayment capacity position, agree on a proposal, prepare a credit application and progress same through to our credit underwriters. The SME arrears team proactively contact customers in relation to account arrears and find the most appropriate solutions for our customers. We will provide extensive training to equip you with the right tools to successfully complete the role. •Assess Customer proposals, prepare Credit applications and make recommendations to our Credit underwriting team for decision, in line with the prevailing credit policies.•Be the personal point of contact by phone, for our SME customers who are in financial difficulty or may be going into financial difficulty.•Answer their questions over the phone, quickly and efficiently in relation to their account.•Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills. What you'll need to succeed•APA/QFA any of them is mandatory(Loans and Regulations)•SME Credit assessment experience is desirable•Previous experience engaging with customers over the telephone•Previous role in a financial institution is desirable•Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills What you'll get in return An opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service and administration, and experience in a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.
