Project Manager (Fit Outs)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager specialising in Fit Outs, to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Dublin and supporting projects locally.

This role is paying between €70k to £80k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar with experience managing master construction programmes, ensuring the project meets key milestones, implementing company wide safety systems and establish a safety culture, managing project quality, ensuring quality standards are met, working closely with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives and more…

Must have previous Project Management experience specialising in fit outs. Must have full right to work in the Ireland WITHOUT sponsorship Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries. Strong experience working with site & construction-based teams. An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
