Beyond basic upkeep, the role covers configuration, performance tuning, and user management. The successful candidate will help drive innovation, supporting integrations with AI and new technologies on a 12-month contract.Responsibilities:Oversee and evolve customer-facing platforms to deliver smooth sales and service experiences.Lead configuration of a new Salesforce environment (Service Cloud and Vlocity tools).Configure and maintain Salesforce.Analyse requirements, identify risks, and prepare systems for deployment.Collaborate with architects and teammates to deliver cross-domain functionality.Contribute to testing, peer reviews, and quality checks.Uphold compliance and security standards.Requirements:3rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant Salesforce certifications.3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience transforming business requirements through Salesforce.Demonstrable teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills.If this role is of interest, contact Andrew at ReperioReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
