As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving key projects from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading project planning sessions Ensuring there is high-quality work being performed on site Coordinating staff and internal resourcesManaging project progress and adapting work as requiredLiaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and managementEnsuring projects meet deadlinesManaging relationships with clients and stakeholdersOverseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentationDesigning risk mitigation plansConducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staffWhat you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction. - Developer or residential building experience is preferred Strong understanding of formal project management methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management softwareBachelor's degree in a Construction related fieldAbility to manage all aspects of the development from an office and site perspectiveWhat you'll get in return
