This is a hybrid role with an excellent rate available.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.Evaluate and recommend Salesforce tools, integrations, and third-party solutions.Drive continuous improvement and maintain governance of Salesforce implementations.Skills & Experience:7+ years' Salesforce experience in development, design, or architecture roles.Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Salesforce Architect certifications (CTA, System Architect, Technical Architect) highly desirable.Strong understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps practices.Bonus for having prior Big 4 consulting experience.Excellent communication skills for influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.Additional InformationImmediate interviews with prompt start date available.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
