You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust and future-proof Salesforce architectures while guiding technical teams through end-to-end implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ERP, data platforms).Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks and data models.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to ensure solution alignment.Requirements:6+ years' Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead roleProven track record delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementationsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modelling, workflows, and automationExpertise working with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
