Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Full-time | Permanent

Reports to: Payroll Supervisor

I am looking for a Cash and Payroll Administrator to join a reputable organisation based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who wants to grow their skills in payroll and finance.

Main Responsibilities:

Process daily cash reconciliationsPrepare regular cash reportsHighlight any issues or discrepancies to managersHelp with payroll preparation and processingKeep employee information confidentialMake sure payroll and cash records are accurate and up to dateAnswer payroll questions from employeesSupport with admin tasks and other projects as needed

What You Need:

1–2 years of admin experienceGood Excel and Microsoft Office skillsBasic knowledge of payroll and accountsStrong attention to detail and good with numbersClear and professional communicationOrganised and able to manage tasks well
