Branch Manager

Location: Deansgrange

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (Monday – Saturday, working every 2nd Saturday)

Salary: €50, + bonus + excellent benefits

Car parking available

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused branch in Deansgrange. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail & senior administration

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales and service targets

·Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone

·Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and branch plans

·Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the branch

·Maintain high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and administration

·Ensure all company policies, procedures, and controls are consistently followed

·Act as a role model for commitment, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Essential Skills & Experience:

·Strong leadership experience, ideally in retail or FMCG environments

·Excellent people management and team-building skills

·Strong commercial acumen with the ability to overcome obstacles

·Basic accounting and IT knowledge

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·Strong Administrative Skills / MS Office Skills
