In their continued growth, they are now seeking a Store Development Team Lead to manage the overall responsibility for store design and brand development. What You'll Be Doing Lead the Store Development Department, managing resources, workflows, and project priorities. Oversee new store conversions and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. Approve budgets, timelines, and purchase orders in line with company procedures. Manage key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery. Monitor team performance, promote efficient working practices, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Drive innovation and sustainability within store development, maintaining strong relationships and upholding the company’s reputation. The Ideal You Strong retail knowledge, ideally within the Irish grocery sector, with an understanding of category management, layout regulations, and category restrictions. Commercially minded, with solid financial awareness, legal and compliance awareness negotiation skills, and supplier knowledge (fixtures, refrigeration, and key equipment). Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience managing teams and working across departments. Analytical and organised, with strong numeracy, reporting skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and adaptable, able to prioritise workload and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, committed to development, and holds a full, clean driving licence. Leaving Certificate with a Business Degree and Project Management qualification.
