We are partnering with Arrotek, a leading medical device engineering company, to hire a Technical Sales Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a technical background to join a growing team, build lasting client relationships, and work on innovative medical device projects with international reach.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new customers.Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings (some travel across Europe expected).Research and identify potential customers, arranging sales calls and meetings.Deliver technical product demonstrations, facility tours, and post-sales support.Prepare quotations and manage customer follow-ups.Support contract processes including review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).Collaborate with project teams by joining weekly customer calls.Stay up to date on new company products and industry trends.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales logs.Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).3+ years' experience in consultative sales, ideally in MedTech, manufacturing, or software.Proven ability to build relationships and influence technical and commercial stakeholders.Strong technical interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.Excellent communication, networking, and active listening skills.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.What's on Offer
