What’s the Opportunity?
To join one of Ireland's leading HR service providers,known in the industry for their commitment to employee growth and progression. Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Business Development Manager to expand their portfolio of SME clients in the midlands ( Meath, Westmeath, and Offaly ).
This is a field-based role, and you need to be located in Meath, Westmeath, or Offaly to be considered.
Sounds great, what will I be doing and who is my target market?
Targetting Small and Medium businesses, you will speak with business owners to understand their current approach to HR management Self-generating your own leads from a range of sources including networking, social media, word of mouth and more Negotiating and closing deals with business owners, you will manage the entire sales cycle This is a field-based role so you will be comfortable working autonomously and on your own initiativeSo what do you need from me in terms of experience?
Minimum of three years in a B2B sales role with full responsibility for generating leads, and closing your own deals Strong understanding of the Irish SMB landscape within your designated territory Proven experience in a full sale cycle role with examples of exceeding revenue targetsOK I am in, what are the next steps?
