Job description IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT We are excited to work with a wonderful client in North County Dublin who is expanding their team They are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis. There is plenty of on-site parking available, and the location is easily accessible by public transport.Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM.AS IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN| Provide friendly remote technical support to customers, including helping with device installations and troubleshooting.Coordinate on-site installations for customers.Share your technical expertise with the pre-sales team.Offer assistance to your colleagues with any technical challenges they might face.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES| Deliver remote technical support to customers all over Ireland.Assist in remotely installing devices on internal networks.Coordinate on-site installations of products.Help the pre-sales team with technical recommendations.Provide support and assistance to fellow team members.Troubleshoot technical issues, while also managing ticket escalation and logging.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR| At least two years of relevant experience in an IT support role.A solid understanding of networks and network infrastructure.Excellent customer service skills, along with strong technical abilities, especially with MS Office programs.Relevant certifications, such as Comp-TIA Network+ or CCNA, would be a plus.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team while managing and prioritising your daily tasks.WHAT TO DO NEXT|
