Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Assist in driving sales initiatives and meeting revenue targets for catering services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote catering services and increase customer engagement.
  • Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored catering solutions.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently from setup to service.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages for events.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high standards of service.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote their professional development.
  • Inventory and Supply Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies and food products, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, events, and client interactions, providing regular reports to management.
    • Assist in managing budgets and cost control measures to optimize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role within sales or catering, preferably in the food industry.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Service Orientation:
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills:
