Regional EHS Lead - Data Centres/Pharma - Dublin/Leinster Our client are industry-leading builders and contractors with comprehensive expertise across all sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Data Centres and Life Sciences. Traditionally they have been a specialist in civil infrastructure, but they are now expanding their M&E offering. They are currently looking for a Regional EHS Lead to look after a variety of projects in the Leinster/Dublin region. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System on allocated projects. Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors and workers and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in safety regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety 10+ years’ experience Mission Critical project experience preferred e.g. Pharma, Datacentre or Hi-Tech Strong leadership and communication skills.
