Warehouse Supervisor Transport / Logistics / Drivers Warehouse & Distribution Dublin Permanent / Full Time 23/9/ Experience as a warehouse Supervisor comfortable using WMS, ERP system Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Baldonnell Department: Logistics & Distribution Reports to: Warehouse Manager Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no shift work or weekends) Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead an Outbound General Operations team. This is a leadership role focused on overseeing outbound processes, managing performance, and ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders. You will play a key role in driving team productivity, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities People Leadership Supervise, mentor, and support a team of warehouse operatives focused on outbound logistics. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Foster a positive and collaborative working culture. Operational Oversight Coordinate outbound activities including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch. Ensure daily workflows align with business priorities and customer expectations. Monitor staff allocation and adjust resources to meet order volumes and deadlines. Performance & Quality Control Track KPIs such as pick accuracy, order fulfilment rates, and productivity metrics. Drive operational excellence by identifying performance gaps and implementing solutions. Inventory & Systems Support outbound stock accuracy and participate in cycle counts as required. Utilise Dynamics ERP system and handheld scanners to manage stock movements and order processing. Health & Safety Promote and enforce all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the warehouse. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with SOPs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Inbound, Transport, Customer Service, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and improve service levels. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience supervising/managing a warehouse team, ideally within outbound operations. Proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control. Comfortable using WMS and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics) and handheld scanners. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and act on performance data. Forklift licence is desirable but not essential. On offer Salary range: €43, – €45,, based on experience Performance-related bonus scheme Pension Health cover Standard hours only: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm / 9am–6pm No shift work, no Saturdays
