M400 to M500 or M500 to M400) to ensure that they align with the overall objectives and requirements of the package Assist in overseeing and managing the delivery of Package activities. Administer the contract for an individual project as part of a programme and; Monitor, track, and report on project expenditure, schedule, milestones, change and quality Contribute to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with operational railway interfaces. Facilitate collaboration and integration among multidisciplinary programme teams. Support compliance with planning and procurement policies across all related project activities. Encourage continuous improvement and seize opportunities as they arise. Perform additional tasks, activities, or other duties as may be required or assigned as part of the role. Experience, Skills and Qualifications 3+ years' experience in project management activities with at least 3 years' experience including activities across the project lifecycle ideally within significant procurement activities through to completion in high value metro rail projects or projects of a similar scale/complexity. Construction management experience. Commercial and financial awareness within a package or project environment working with a supply chain. Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams. Experience of developing and forming relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and consistent dialogue between all parties involved. Ability to manage and drive project outcomes to ensure high quality service. Ability to manage technical outputs to drive efficiency. Skills Strong project management skills to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the project. Ability to effectively engage with and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and consistent dialogue between all parties involved. Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analysing project requirements to ensure they align with customer and operational needs. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and ensure cohesive project delivery. Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to keep the project on track. Understanding of railway systems, including design, operations, and safety standards. Experience in quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and relate to individuals and groups – both technical and non-technical. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service. QualificationsFormal Education Qualifications Demonstrable engagement with an appropriate ((NVQ Level 4 or 5)) Professional Memberships Professional registration with institution i.e.
