In order to continue to do so at a high level of success we need passionate and talented Ecommerce Risk ops analysts to complement the cutting-edge technology we have at hand.
The successful candidate will be tasked with investigating high-risk transactions and market patterns in order to detect and mitigate fraud and risk while keeping losses low and limiting the impact on good customers.
ResponsibilitiesSubject matter expert in transactional fraud prevention and wider risk in eCommerce.Organization and resolution of escalations from Retailers and the wider business.Support, educate and reinforce the consistent investigative process flow.Support and drive process improvement to further enhance investigation accuracy and resolutions.Teach, educate, coach colleagues through a variety of investigation complexities.Assess trends and processes to drive positive outcomes for investigation resolution.Analyze and report on fraud trends and create an efficient feedback loop to the wider team and management.Monitor transactions and detect anomalies.Assist in the design and implementation of new products and processes.Requirements1+ years' experience in fraud prevention or AML.Experience in handling Refund/Return abuse prevention.Competitive individual, driven by key goals.Analytically minded.Experience in identity verification.Passion for investigative work.Team player – invested in overall performance.Decisive, ability to make high quality decisions in a timely manner.Effective communicator able to adjust to meet the needs of different audiences.Understanding of fraud in e-commerce.Ability to manage senior stakeholders in pressure situations.About ESWOur purpose is simple: to create moments that matter between people and the brands they cherish.
