As a General Operative, you will be involved in retail sales, warehouse operations, stock management, online order processing, and packing.

Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales: Assist customers in the store by providing product information, answering queries, and processing sales transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed correctly and restocked as needed.
Warehouse Operations: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock in the warehouse.
Pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reordering when necessary.
Organize and label stock for easy retrieval and efficient warehouse operations.
Online Department: Process online orders, ensuring that items are accurately selected, packed, and shipped to customers.
Assist with managing the online inventory and updating product listings as required.
Packing Assistant: Assist with packing products for both in-store customers and online orders, ensuring items are securely and neatly packaged.
Prepare and label shipments for courier collection or customer pickup Experience: Previous experience in retail, warehouse operations, or stock management is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
Comfortable using computers and handling online order processing systems.
Please provide education and examination results where applicable (junior / Leaving Cert) Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Personal Attributes: Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in different departments as needed.
