IT Project Manager Our client, a multi-nation Automotive Distribution firm, are looking to recruit an experience IT project Manager to join their IT team.
The IT Project Manager will be working together with key stakeholders to define project priorities and key milestones while effectively project managing to ensure effective task oversight and timely execution of the project delivery.
The firm is embarking on an exciting IT transformation journey, and you will play a vital role in getting the, there.

They role will be based in Dublin 22, and the firm work a Hybrid Model The Role: Lead and manage complex IT Finance projects, ensuring alignment and interdependencies with other projects within the programme Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and other key project management documentation.
Ensure we have complete and comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Suppliers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other key stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies (Information security, data protection etc.
), procedures, and standards.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure effective communication and alignment among team members.
