We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for this position is Mon – Fri 8.30-8pm.
This post provides an excellent opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker to work within the exciting Sexual and Reproductive Health Department at Sandyford.
The post holder will support the interdependent team providing Sexual and Reproductive Health and will work across all Sandyford services including Sexual and Reproductive Health, Termination of Pregnancy Services, Gender Clinics and Men who have Sex with Men clinics.
The post includes: acting as chaperone and support to patients during intimate examinations as well as assisting with procedures undertaking stock ordering, storage and ensure stock rotation maintaining high standards of cleanliness, infection control standards and preparing and stocking clinical rooms and ensuring smooth running of the clinical service carrying out administrative duties You will be expected to work across the Sandyford Greater Glasgow and Clyde geographical area.
This post will provide cover across all Sandyford sites so will involve travel to various locations.
