Your New Role We are looking for a dedicated and motivated eDiscovery Project Manager to join a high-performing team of legal consultants and data experts.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end eDiscovery and document review services, managing multiple projects of varying complexity, and leading review teams to ensure client satisfaction.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise under the mentorship of senior professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the eDiscovery process across all stages, including data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production, under the guidance of senior project managers. Coordinate with review teams to ensure all tasks are completed to the expected standards and within project timelines. Prepare and deliver internal and external project updates to keep stakeholders informed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and support business development activities, including client demonstrations as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed 2 to 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management roles, preferably within law firms, corporate legal departments, or professional services companies. Proficiency in using eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal or Relativity for common administrative tasks. Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with success. Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach. Strong client management and relationship-building skills. Why Join Us?
