Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and configuring the SAP FICO module, with a strong emphasis on financial accounting and management accounting processes.Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and management accounting concepts.Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO).Experience in customizing and developing SAP FICO solutions using ABAP programming and enhancements.Familiarity with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), industry regulations, and internal control frameworks.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience in implementing SAP FICO in the manufacturing or high-tech industry.Knowledge of advanced financial reporting and consolidation processes.Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.Familiarity with tax and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions (for multinational organizations).Certification in SAP FICO (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting) is preferred.
