To strengthen their top-performing DACH team, they are seeking a fluent German and English-speaking Account Executive to join their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory.Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads.Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs.Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors.Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies.Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).Required Skills & Experience:2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success.Fluency in German and English.Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin).Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow.Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Account Executive Rewards:A base salary of 50-70kFirst-year achievable OTE of 95-130kStock incentivesGenerous PTOSocial activitiesHealth and Insurance coverageIf you are ready to take your sales career to the next level and make a significant impact, apply now
