Objective of the Role Reporting to the Hotel General Managers, the Cluster Sales Executive will be responsible for maximising the sales potential andsales targets of both hotels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Execute actions from the proactive sales plan to develop new accounts and nurture exisiting accounts across all owned segments for the hotels.
Research and qualify new lead opportunities.
Accurate recording and follow up of all sales correspondence, including the execution of contracts, quotations, confirmations, cancellations etc.
Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools (if applicable), and Solver Requirements: Minimum 1 years experience within a similar role in hotels.
Effective communicator.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Reactive sales experience is a must with proactive sales experience desirable.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Sales focused and results driven.
