Under the direction of the General Manager, Primary Care & Social Inclusion the post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of Homeless and Ethnic Minorities services, across HSE Mid West in line with statutory requirements, resource allocation and service plan targets.
Working with the General Manager or another nominated officer the Business Manager position/s play a pivotal role within the local Regional Health Area (RHA) structure.
The Business Manager is responsible for supporting the Management Team in achieving the strategic priorities of HSE Mid West.
The post holder will be responsible, under the direction of the General Manager or designated officer, for managing the delivery of services, resource allocations and service plan targets, across assigned service or functional areas including monitoring and reporting on targets.
The role will be required to lead and manage the Team and workload in areas assigned and will contribute to the development of the Team as well as support its day to day operations.
The role will evolve as the structures within the HSE Mid West are further developed and established.
